He will not give you direct answers to your questions. He thinks he tells you how to do things but dosent and then takes off for it. ADVOID at all costs. |
| 85 | 20023 | Professor Swain lacks the experience of the other professors, and as such, is not a good bet for the classes that require "real world" expertise. He works hard to get the material down in the theory though, and it shows--quick with notes and a machine in class. Wasn't too good with questions, but he is getting better each quarter (had him 4 times). His labs are a little demanding, but he works hard, and so should we--its our education. A nice guy outside, just a little quiet and removed. |
| 48 | 20023 | I had him for AC circuits simulation and he is nasty to the class. He'd mock you if you didnt know the anwer to his question. Sadly I had him for Advanced Ckt Theory and he failed me because he's arrogant and thinks he is mr perfect. he doesnt know what he is talking about |

In Ditital Systems lab, he never knew the answer to any question I asked. His response was usually, "Does anyone else know the answer?" or "Maybe you should ask Prof. Zion." |
