5320023i had a 4 hour night class with him. Class was very boring and dragged out. He gave a 15 minute break every hour! What a waste of time, he was slow and unprepared. Left early occasionally. However, was fair when he saw students grades and tried to curve it for them. The last 3 weeks he was behind atleast 2.5 lessons (out of the 10 i had) and he missed the last class.....so he assigned everything that he wouldve never coveered for the final...THANKS! (that was sarcasm) Would never take this professor again
5820023disorganized,doesnot know his material-need to retire.
7520023He is a fair professor but his material is alittle dated. His presentation style is just plain boring
9520012He is a little unorganized, but he does a great job of tyong in real world experience to the subject matter.
8820012First, I was a little sleepy on his classes, but then I get used to that. I liked that he asks exactly what he teaches, not more or less. Sometimes he seems to forget what he wanted to say, but finally he gives pretty good explanation of all key notions.
8520011Althogh his class was a joke from time to time, i still learned a good amount from him and his papers were worthwhile.
9920011Dr. J is loved by some and hated by others. I personally think he is a great teacher who cares about his students both in class and outside.
6120004I took MIS Hardware and Ops in the spring. It was a four hour night class. He was generally late to class. To his credit he was sick a couple of weeks. However his lack of enthusiasm during normal weeks really made going to the class a nightmare. Tests were relatively easy. The syallabus was a joke considering that it was redone every week, we even took one test twice because he hadn't prepared us enough for it! All in all I think that Dr. Joseph needs to figure out how to effectively teach a course.
9920002Knows a lot about the topics and presents everything clearly. Sometimes goes off topic but mostly does a great job.
