85 | 20011 | He covers a lot of information in a small amount of time. His tests are difficult, but it helps that he makes them available on electronic reserve beforehand. His lectures are sloww going, but you usually get dismissed early. |
91 | 20003 | Dr. Lawlor is a pretty good instructor; teaches well and has interesting classes. He does try to cover a bit too much (in cell bio he should have kept it to 1 chapter a week, ie Recombinant DNA) and his tests are the second toughest I have had at RIT, but he is a very fair and honorable man. |
99 | 20003 | If you can see past the scehmatics ;o), Dr Lawlor has a lot to offer; personally and educationally. He is a great man, and I highly reccomend his courses! |

99 | 20002 | The exams are very tough and sometimes not as comprehensive as they could be, but the lectures are well worth the trauma of the exams. If you can stay awake (he has a very soothing, soft, Southern voice), you'll really enjoy the lectures - they're full of relevant, current, interesting info. Also a very helpful and entertaining lab professor. |

91 | 19993 | Dr. Lawlor is a very good teacher. The only thing problem is his attempt to cover WAY too much material. Its not really his fault, there is a lot ot bioinformatics to cover in one 10 week course.
He is a fair grader, and is very helpful one-on-one. |
