| 85 | 20002 | How anyone can be that enthusiastic about statistics that early in the morning is beyond me. Seriously though, he does an average job of teaching the material, and a good job of using real-worldish examples to facilitate understanding. Tests are reasonable, and reasonably graded. |

| 99 | 20002 | He doesn't make you memorize all of the formulas like some of the other professors. He concentrates on the theory and helps you to understand how the formulas are derived instead. An excellent approach that was fun to learn! Exams are fair and homework doesn't take a long time but is very helpful. |

David presents the material in a very easy-to-understand fashion, and you really do begin to understand where statistics (which I used to think was really boring) fits into the world around us. The only math course I've EVER been eager to go to and sad when I missed a class. He's an awesome teacher, and the ONLY way you can fail one of his courses is if you don't give a damn in the first place. I'm waiting for him to teach DA II that I can take him again! |
