My only problem with her is that sometimes she can assign too many things at once, and sometimes they all turn up to be due the same day.. can get annoying. Teaches well and tests are reasonable, she I would take a class from her again. I took material science and Design Machine Elements. |

The grading is more harsh than anything I have ever experienced. This really is an easy subject, yet I am struggling to keep an A. I could not tell you the difference between someone with a D and someone with an A. It certainly isn't intelligence or hard work. Expect to know the materail and still struggle with your grade. |

| 95 | 20011 | One of the up and coming engineering professors, Dr. Debartolo is a good teacher. She is both energetic in lectures and encourages class participation. She's the kind of teacher we need here, one who is willing to stretch the limits of students and force them to think a little bit. She's been a fill-in teacher on several occasions for my regular teachers and I believe she's done an excellent job in covering the material. |
