She does check that you have read by calling on you. Extremely fair grader! I love this woman!! Sense of humor is wonderful and her classes are fun and everyone is included in the discussion.She wont allow anyone to just sit there and not participate. She is tough but fair professor.A graduate of the department and she is great at helping students pick courses.I would recommend her and any of her classes to anyone-not just CJ majors! |

She has great expectations of her students and she gives the students a lot of concrete information. She is very intelligent, and the best professor in the CJ Dept. She is also very easy to talk to and a down to earth person. |
| 99 | 20002 | I ENJOYED EVERY CLASS THAT I HAVE TAKEN FROM HER. THERE WAS DEFINITELY A LOT OF READING AND WORK BUT YOU LEARN A LOT. CLASSES ARE ALWAYS INTERESTING. BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD, SLACKING IS NOT ALLOWED. YOU WILL ENJOY HER CLASSES. TAKE ANY COURSE SHE TEACHES! IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL MISS OUT ON LEARNING FROM THE BEST PROFESSOR IN THE DEPARTMENT. GREAT PERSONALITY, VERY INTELLIGENT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. GREAT FOR ADVISING ALSO. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED BY ANY OF HER CLASSES. |
