| 48 | 20023 | She gives telecommunications professionals a bad name. Had her for her 2nd quarter here, so maybe I am being a bit harsh, but the woman had no desire for us to learn as a class, and defferred responsibility on many assignments. Maybe shes gotten better in a year, but I doubt it. |

Homeworks are not returned until afte the quizes. You will have no feedback as to how well you understand the information until after you take the quiz on it. Her grading scheme is slightly less complex than the US tax code. |
| 48 | 20023 | Just horrible! I'm just going to let it all out now. First, her accent is just unbelievable. It is so hard to understand her. You have to literally rely on lip-reading if you have that skill mastered. Secondly, her lectures are life-draining. They're that boring. Nothing fascinating. I literally fell asleep within ten minutes of class time everytime I show up for class and I'm not exaggerating. Third, She grades harshly. I got a C on my term paper and it wasn't right. I put a lot of time and effort into that. I should have gotten at least a B on it. Now, I got nothing against her personally, but when it comes down to her professionalism, that is where she is lacking. In order to be a likable and successful professor, Shenoy needs to find a way to motivate her students and make the lectures more interesting. I realized now that I will never take a course taught by her again. |
| 48 | 20023 | Worst professor I've ever had. She just read off her powerpoint slides and seemed confused and disinterested with most of the material. I emailed her three times after the course was over regarding my grade and received no response. It's beyond me how she is still employed at RIT. |
| 85 | 20023 | It was an online class, which prohibits quality discussion. When questions were posted to the professor, her answers were short and curt, and rarely helpful. Also, her stating something was due Jan 20th rather than Feb 20th caused a lot of unnecessary panic and stress for the class, and it took way too long before the error was corrected. |

Her accent, while thick, rarely gets in the way of trying to understand what she is saying. All the way through a decent professor. |

She insists that each student individually comes to see her, during office hours, to discuss the answer. Rushes through everything, rather rude when confronted about any possible discrepencies. Frequently changes information on the syllabus, does not update her webpage, does not readily have the new dates when asked; disorganized. Heavy accent that you get used to/decide that you have more important things to worry about. |

| 91 | 20023 | I had her for Data Communications and thought overall was a good professor. Her lectures were a bit boring but the material isn't exactly the most exciting stuff either. She seemed to me to be an EXTREMELY good grader. Throughout the quarter we were given three bonus assignments and if you were able to get a 90 or better on all three she raised your grade by 5%. Also she would give curves and be reasonable about throwing out bad questions. I definately deserved a B in the course and she bumped it up to an A. Nice lady. |

I dont think she should even teach low lwevel classes. Although she might understand ATM. That is one chunk. Bottom line is I wish she leave rit not letting the door hit her a** on the way out |

She should be thrown out as soon as possbile since she will spoil the good reputation that RIT holds.She does not have any answers, and she is happy giving bad grades. She does know nothing about the subjects she teaches nor does know anything about RIT policies. She should be thrown out as soon as possible |

| 48 | 20012 | Doesn't care about her class only the work that she needs to do for herself. Literally wrote "do not disturb" during certain hours so that she can do her research. Tests were ridiculous and in some cases marked from a 50 to an 85! I missed one class because of a funeral and when i went to ask her for the handouts she gave, she told me that she is no responsible for me missing a class and that i would have to get them from a classmate. She does not want to be bothered by students in her life and does not know the material. When asked about material needed to be understood in order to perform a project that was due, she said she didn't remember how to do it and would have to figure it out and get back to me. Her classes were right out of the book and she even made fun of you when you took notes because they were out of the book but you had to come to class because she wouldn't let you get any of the notes you missed or even the handouts. She is a great joke to tell people about the teachers at RIT. |

Her test she had to drop 5 questions because her answers were "wrong" on them. Takes the slides away before anyone has a chance to copy them down, and then says oh its all in the book... well whats the point of a teacher then? Don't take her, you will regret it! |
