He brings so much enthusiasm to his lectures that he makes you want to learn the material. The material isn't difficult (History of Science & History of American Technology), so that's no problem. A solid professor. |

He does understand that you most likely have a full courseload, so doesn't overload you with work. His lecturing style could use some work, though. |

There are 6 discussions throughout the quarter that are based on the readings and as long as you skim the material you should be fine with that. Also he gives two essays that aren't too bad. He gives you the questions before hand and you can bring an index card to jot notes down. Overall enjoyed the class |
